oh yes...random scribblings over the last few months, courtesy developments on the professional front, the cold weather, no coffee and sheer laziness.
Gearing up to get back to academics is challenging. One, lethargy has already crept into your system and getting rid of it is..well...:), besides u are now officially one with the mundane, driven by the monday-to-work and thank- god-its-friday-routine. The last time I checked, routines are difficult to break, especially ones which make you ease into, like the one mentioned above.
Me? breaking routines is fun..not sticking to them is hell yeah!! I am so looking forward to coming back to academia..long hours, lots of coffee, online movies, no end in sight..blissful.
Moving the gaming scenario to the idiot box, courtesy a new playstation 2,when people have graduated to playstation 3 and the addictive Wii. I am not there yet. PC games still rock.

Long time :) Back to academia? what fun! I so envy you. I want to head back to it myself, but looks like it is going to take more time than I would have preferred. But so exciting- Just the way you described it makes me feel worse :P heh heh!
long time indeed!!! whatcha gonna start DPK?? Although work pays, which school doesn't, I agree that Academia Rocks!! :D
